Question:
How do you measure meat for proteins?
Can anyone please tell me how to measure your meat proteins. Do you cut it up and put it into an 1 oz medicin cup and say....this is 1 oz of chicken, beef, pork and it is x amount of protein? I know the liquid/powder proteins are listed on the labels. Is there a chart that supplies this information on portions = number of proteins? Please help. — [Anonymous] (posted on February 21, 2002)
