If medicare won't pay for my surgery after the fact what do I do?

YOU SOUNDED JUST LIKE ME 2.5 MO AGO.I HAD MEDICARE AND THEY PAID REAL GOOD .MY DR. REQUIRED PAYMENT in advance and they paid it.I WEIGHED 346 WITH THE SAME MEDICAL BUT CRONIC BACK AND KNEE PAIN TO. ALL i can sujest is to keep at them and don't give up.good luck.NANCY M.
