Question:
Does anyone have appeal letters that finally got insurance approval?

I only have a short time to get my appeal letter off,to my hubsand's union before they meet with Caterpillar for a decision. It would be of great help to me if I could see and maybe use the same format as others who have won an appeal process. I had a RNY done in 1998 but now need a revision due to weight regain. I was denied for the revision, they stated that "only pay once in a lifetime" as the reason. I am hoping to get this overturned and get my revision done. Sharon    — Sharon B. There is a good appeal letter on this site. Go to "Your Journey and click on Insurance Troubles, scroll to the bottom and you will find the letter. Good Luck!
