AETNA - HELP! I need help with a tt appeal

My doc sent in pictures, we told about my rashes and met all of the criteria for aetna's approval of tummy tucks. They denied me and said it was cosmetic. Can someone with AETNA please tell me about their approval process for a tummy tuck. Where do I start with an appeal? What do I do now? Please help me.
