What is a hernia?

I am not a doctor, but I will explain this the only way I know
how.
A hernia is a weakening of the abdominal wall. (muscles).
Part of your intestines, stomach, or any other part inside of you, flows
into the opening. Your stomach muscles are used to keep everything in its
place. I have had one hernia repair, and it seems I have another since
surgery time.
I can feel at squishing feeling when I bend over.
and when lying on my back I can push out my stomach and see that part of it
rises higher than the rest.
Hope this helps.
