First I was asked to get a psychological evaluation, then

I was asked for a complete up to date physical exam, then I was asked to list all comorbidities ansd clinical notes, did all that now they ( mamsi ppo ) wants a more detailed history from my doctor, has any one else had these ins. problems???    — Rho (posted on October 12, 2001)
