I am 12 months out this week, and not lost anything in 6 weeks. So I feel
your pain. I am trying changing up my diet some and see if that helps. I'll
let you know if I figure out anything miraculous.

Hello, wanted to let you know that i too am stuck .. I lost 85 pounds the
first 9 months after the surgery and haven't lost a pound since...I am
currently 5'2 and 225 or so. I started at 313.5.. I am now 17 months post
op... I am extremely disappointed in the results that i have had... I have
lost nearly that much on numerous fad diets.. didn't even need surgery to
do that..I now have a huge scare and not much to show for it.Not sure what
else to say except good luck with your journey.. I truely hope you make
it... sharon s.

I AM 14 MONTHS POST-OP AND HAVE BEEN STUCK AT 100 LBS LOST FOR ABOUT
3MONTHS NOW. i TOO AM DISSAPOINTED, BUT AM TAKING STEPS TO GET BACK ON
TRACK. I AM CUTTING OUT AS MUCH SUGER AS I CAN BUT THAT IS DIFFICULT, EVEN
THE WATER I LIKE HAS SUGER ADDED. I WILL KEEP TRYING AND LET YOU KNOW IF
ANYTHING HELPS.

Try using fitday.com to see what your daily intake is like, also make sure
you are getting water. Are you exercising.

Rebecca. Maybe you started out as a lightweight and therefore your weight
loss would naturally be slower than someone who has a lot more to lose. I
am 13 months and the loss is slowing to about 5 lbs./months now. I have to
remind myself to drink those liquids, get that protein in. I think upping
the water will help. Plus, if you are exercising, well you know the story
that muscle weighs more than fat so maybe you are building muscle. You
should see my legs. I am so proud of them! They actually have muscle tone
from Walking Away the Pounds. Hang in there.
