Question:
How do I get off this plateau?
I'm 17 months post-op & have loss 118#. For the pass 6 months I haven't been able to loose any weight. I have 7# to reach my goal. It seems I can't get under 150#. Don't get me wrong this surgery has been a blessing & I'm happy with what I've loss so far. But is this it? I sure would love to reach my goal before my 18 month check-up next month. Is there anything I can do to get off this neverending plateau? — socco58 (posted on August 23, 2002)

I FOUND THAT EATING BACON EVERYDAY FOR BREAKFAST HELPED ME. I SNACKED ON
BACON .I ATE 4 TO 5 SLICES FOR BREAKFAST AND 2 TO 3 FOR LUNCH EVERYDAY FOR
1 WEEK.
