post op I had lost 120lbs, and here it is 2 almost threee months later and I am still the exact same weight, I havent lost a pound..is this all I am gonna lose? I cant tell you that I never eat the wrong thing, or I exercise everyday cause I do eat the wrong things at times and sometimes I am just too damn lazy to go walking, but I can tell you I am more good then bad when it comes to these things, I am walking, I am drinkning more than 80 ozs of water a day,I am taking my vitamins, so what gives?? Ha this happened to any one else? Have i stretchedd my pouch or something? I do not want to have a revision done. any suggestions would be great! — tylerswife (posted on July 25, 2002)

rebecca, maybe you need to kickstart your metabolism.go back to doing what
you did right after surgery. try liquids for a few days or even a week. try
some different exercises.don't allow yourself to become complacent.DON'T
SABOTAGE YOURSELF.if you're not eating healthy and not moving around,
you're not going to lose weight.

It sounds like you need to change something with your exercise routine.
Start lifting weights or doing something besides walking. You may find
this does the trick. Your body has become used to walking, so throwing a
surprise in every now and then really helps. Good luck!

You didn't say how much in protein supps you are getting each day, but
assuming you are doing 60g in protein supps, many people will push off a
plateau by upping by just one drink a day to 90g protein and adding just a
glass of water.
