Question:
I have an appt today to get back on the pill...it is okay for me to take them right?

Hi I would make sure its ok with the doc, I started mine the week after surgery. I stopped taking them Sunday had surgery on Monday started period Thur. Started my pill back on Sun. I've heard the pill is'nt as effective while losing weight.(I'm 17 months out so far so good) Something you might want to check into. Best of luck to you....TW

This subject came up at our support group last week. The leader said that with our malaborption we don't get 100% of anything, be it food, fat, calories or nutrients. That goes for birth control pills, too.
