Has anyone had a large pouch in the pubic area after a tummy Tuck?

Your surgeon should have discussed this with you before your TT. The large amount of the fat mound should have been removed during the TT surgery. You may need to go back to the surgeon for him to fix his mistake. I had a friend years ago that had a TT, and hernia repair. Her surgeon left her large mons pubis. It protruded several inches. He went back in with a same day surgery to fix it with no problems. Good Luck --

I DID BUT MY SURGEON IS GOING TO GO BACK AND REMOVE IT. HE EXPLAINED THAT SOMETIMES IT IS HARD TO GET EVERYTHING IN ONE SITTING. PLUS IF YOU ARE MARKED (PREOP) LAYING DOWN IT IS EASIER NOT TO GET EVERYTHING THE FIRST TIME. REMEMBER OUR BODY HAS A WAY OF EVERYTHING "GOING SOUTH" IF WE DON'T WATCH
