Question:
I am 7 weeks post and have acne outbreaks starting on my face....HELP! Is it common?

I too an experiencing acne-like when I was in the 7th grade(UGH). I can't offer advice but I wanted to let you know you're not alone. I'm 9 wks post op and mine started about 7-7 1/2 wks. I just figure its my hormones. I do find when I clean with a scrub it isn't as bad. Well, best of luck

I'm pre-op (surgery 6/27!!!!!!!!!), but I have noticed that whenever I start eating healthier, I will have some break-outs. I think it has to do with your body ridding itself of toxins...plus we are drinking more water than most of us ever had in our lives after surgery, so that is detoxifying us also. If it lasts more than few weeks or a month at most, talk to a dermatologist--they might be able to clue you in....
