Does anyone know if Providence Health Plan PEBB Oregon covers WLS?

My insurance is through my husband who works for the State of Oregon, Agriculture Department, in Salem, Oregon. Has anyone else had success in getting approved for WLS through this insurance company?    — karenlee73 (posted on January 27, 2001)
