ANY ONE EVER BEAT THE EXCLUSION IN THIS POLICY??? RegenceWCIW-TOC

I have Regence of Wash and Regence of Or-TOC(Through my Husb) so I don't know if we have the same ins or not...but...they were cold as ice...I had spent weeks on the perfect letter and my doctor researched how it should read etc.....no hesitation on there part however..just flat out "exclusion-so no pay"....I gave up...I may still appeal before my surgery date, Jan 30th, but I don't think there is much chance...the last several months I have never seen anyone win over an exclusion. I see people trying real hard and spending a great deal of time fighting it but I got to a point where I just wasn't going to sit around and wait anymore. I'm now self pay and have excepted that(although it makes me madder than a hornet). Good Luck
