Question:
Post operatively after an open rny have other patients had bile reflux?

I think you might be talking about acid reflux and not bile reflux. Have you asked your doctor about this problem? My surgeon put me on Zantac for a couple of months after surgery and I didn't have any trouble with reflux. Maybe it's because you're hungry at night. Try eating a little snack before bed or maybe taking some Gaviscon or Tums before bed. Good luck.
