Question:
Has anyone tried the new Maalox quick dissolve tablets yet?
I read the label and it says each one has 1000mg of calcium , needs very little if any water to take, and has aspartame instead of other sugars. I am going to try after my surgery, just was wondering if anyone else had yet.I hate to be the first to try anything. Thank you all. — Heather T. (posted on May 7, 2000)

Hi Heather,
My doctor had me try Caltrate 600 plus with vitamin D; I had found that
they make a chewable and they come in assorted fruit flavors. I take two of
them every morning and I am getting the right amount of calcium a day now.
You might want to try that and see how it is with you, I tryed a lot of
stuff and found that the chewables work for me. The Maalox made my new
tummy hurt, so its best to have a few different ones on hand just in case.
Good Luck
Terri

Hey, Heather. I took Maalox quick dissolve for indigestion and it worked
fine. No problem. I take Viactive for calcium. It is chewy and tastes
like caramel candy, which is cool. My calcium levels are fine so far.
