HealthAssurance CC/PPO of PA has denied wls.

I have Health America/Health Assurance. I don't know if you have looked in the insures part of this site, but I posted some things that I'm trying, and they might help you. Since you are in PA, try calling member services, and asking for Penny. She has been wonderful, perhaps she can help you. Good Luck!
