What type exercises seem to be more beneficial (postop), esp. for inner thighs?

Actually, any kind of exercise you like to do will work well - its a real
joy to be ABLE to do some without undue strain - and to be able to have
CHOICES! Personally, I like to roller skate best of all - but then that's
what I really loved when I was younger too.....Remember what you LIKED to
do before weight got in the way...and start off that way...Other forms of
exercise that you will like will come along.
