I absolutely love Vista Vitamins. The scariest part of this surgery was
knowing that I would have to take supplements. I hate taking pills. Vista
Vitamins are the only vitamins that I can swallow easily. I just got my
six month labs and they were perfect. The only other thing I take is a
1000mg sublingual B-12 almost every day. I have recommended Vista Vitamins
to other people and they have been happy too.

My doctor suggest Bariatric Advantage. www.bariatricadvantage.com

I also believe the best out there is bariatric advantage at
www.bariatricadvantage.com. For the first 4months I took those as
chewables are the best absorbed. However, chewables started to make me
gag. My doc recommended any fast absorbing multivitamin, capsules. Hard
to find, however, I found multivitamins "Especially for Women"
from the Vitamin Shoppe (their brand). They break down in about an hour
and has no yeast, corn, wheat, sugar, salt, soy, starch, dairy, fish,
preservatives, artificial colors/flavors. Also costco's brand, kirkland's
calcium citrate high absorption pills, they break down also in about an
hour. Both twice per day, morning and night. That is what works for me.
Good luck.
