Question:
Any long terms start out 5' 205lbs?
Hi, I'm 20 months out and started at 205lbs. Went all the way down to 90lbs. Now, I'm back up to 120lbs. I'm not complaining - I know 90lbs was too skinny, and I feel comfortable with my weight now. However, looking at the big picture, 30lbs and I'm not even 2 years out yet. I heard 10% is acceptable, but 30%? It feels like I just keep gaining. I'm afraid it's more than bounce-back weight. Any inputs? — jengrz (posted on August 24, 2004)

You r body is settling where it wants to be. 90 IS to low. I have a friend
who had a reversal yesterday after going t low and nearly dying. EXCERSISE
and Eat right and drink water and you will stay at a healthy weight.

Where is your info on your profile? I am always confused as why people
don't keep a profile. Can I see some pics? How tall are you? My 13 year
old daughter is 5'5 and that is what she weighs. She is in absolutely
perfect shape.
By the way, keeping your profile up to date makes it easier for other
members to answer questions and also to get to know each other. :)
Best Regards and good luck
