Question:
Good protein drink...

This is just a comment - I found a great-tasting protein drink that has 23G protein per 8oz serving. It has 90 calories, and it is called, "Nectar" whey protein isolate. I've tried the roadside lemonade (there's also apple, cherry, strawberry kiwi, caribbean cooler and fuzzy navel). It's in a powder form and has 0 carbs and 0 fat. You can actually eat it by the spoonful - tastes like a pixi stix. it's not a shake, so it doesn't fill you up too much, but at least you can get your protein in! I order from www.wlssuccess.com. I am not too crazy about roadside lemonade has a weird lemon taste but like all the others-I especially like the fuzzy navel.
