Question:
I have severe pain in my back right below my rib cage on both sides. It hurts even

I apply pressure. I have had a few alcoholic beverages latley, and now I am seriously afraid I have damaged my kidneys. Advice....anyone had the same problem??    — C E. (posted on April 5, 2004)

It could be so many things.....the best thing for you to do is go to your primary care doctor and have them work you up.

Just got out o hospital for same pain. It could be your gallbladder.I had to have mine removed. I had gall stones form the weight loss. Go get it checked. I drink ever now and then. So dont worry about the alcoholic beverage. I drink tequlia stright. Hope this helps.Celeste
