How do I jump start weight loss again

My nutritionist says 3x a week is maintenance exercise. She says 5 hours a
week for weightloss.

I am 6 months post op, I too got stuck on a plataue, I went back to all
liquids....today is day 4, and have lost 8 pounds in those 4 days. I get
100 grams of protein, and exercise 4 times a week at Curves, anfd increased
water in take to 100oz. Granted I spend alot of time in the bathroom...but
it is working.

Log in to www.fitday.com and make sure your not slipping in calories that
your not aware of. its a great tool to keep you on the straight and
narrow. I have 15lbs left and I started that 3 day diet. Im curious to
see if it will work for us since we dont eat many calories now I try to
maintain about 1200 calories intake. time will tell... best wishes~

What are you eating? Your profile is non-existent, so difficult for us to
help you. Knowing what you eat (proteins/carbs), how much, how often, what
type of exercise etc, will help us to help you. More info please? I
started at 249 and am now hovering around 150, and think that I was near
your weight loss around the same time, I think....so not impossible to pick
up the loss again. But provide us with more info so that we can best help
you...
