I'm scheduled for my eval in Feb., what happens next?

Hi Dianne!! Well, I am guessing you are talking about your consult with your surgeon. As soon as my consult was completed, my surgeons office sent my paperwork to BCBS for approval. Once they got approval is when I began to get all my bloodword and clearances! Good luck to you, keeping my fingers crossed! =oD
