Question:
Has anyone had the Micropouch version of RNY and if so, can you share your experience

I had the Micropouch surgery in July with Dr. Wood from Cori Center. I am
now down 115# and feel great except that I have a non-surgical related
kidney stone problem. I was in the hospital for 2 days after my surgery.
I had mine at Harper Hospital in Detroit. If you want to email me
personally for more questions, please feel free to do so.

I had the 'Micropouch'surgery done in Kane, PA, by Dr. Paul LaBrie. I had
no complications and the LivLite group are wonderful to work with.

What is a micropouch version of RNY? Sorry for posting a question to this
instead of an answer but I was curious about this. Hope you don't mind. :)

I had it 2.5 years ago. It is fantastic, so glad I chose this surgery. No
stretching, no reflux, no ulcers, no revisions. And wonderful weight loss.
Doctors are EXCELLENT, knowledgeable, and caring!

I also had the Sapala Wood Micropouch done in Kane, PA by Dr. LaBrie on
10-31-03. I have lost a total of 144 lbs and had no problems. If you live
close to PA I would consider going there. just a note I also was able to
concieve again after infertility for 2 years, however I lost the baby. But
I am confident that I can get pregnant again now, without needing fertility
drugs to do so.. Good luck on your journey it is really worth it. Email me
if you have any questions...
