Question:
My TT was denied due to exclusion

Can I have one or five of you send me a sample of a appeal letter so I can have some idea of how to write the appeal letter and any info you can give me that will help me. Please send asap due to dr office needing to send out by friday. Thank you    — Lovett (posted on November 10, 2003)

What does your 'exclusion' say? There is a difference between being 'denied' for something that 'can' be covered vs something that has an 'exclusion'. Exclusions means your policy doesnt cover it... so I doubt an appeal will be affective. But if you were denied say 'cosmetic' which after WLS this ISNT they you should appeal.. Just curious how the exclusion was written
