PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! DOES ANYONE WORK FOR HARRAH'S CASINO?

I got a job offer and I want to know if Harrah's covers WLS? I have already been denied 3 times due to exclusions and would hate to take another job that doesn't cover WLS but, I am deseperate.    — Mary S. (posted on November 7, 2003)

I would talk to the benefits person and ask what type of insurance they offer. Then call the insurance company and ask them a general question about WLS.

I don't know if Harrah's pays, but more and more companies are now recognizing this as a life safing surgery. I am 18 mo. post-op and had to refinance my home to self pay. It cost me $25,000 and I can honestly say it was worth it even though I have only lost 98 lbs. out of the 160 needed to loose. I'm still loosing, but very slowly. Good Luck.
