Question:
10 months post-op. Is this it?
I was considered a lightweight and needed exactly 100lbs to lose. Wonderfully, I lost it all in 8 months. But, now I'm starting to panic. I can eat alot more now, and although I haven't gained any weight back, I'm so afraid I'm going to. I don't want to lose any more weight, but I also don't want to gain any back. Proximal RNY. Support, please???? — jengrz (posted on September 15, 2003)

THEY SAY THE REAL WORK STARTS AFTER YOU LOSE YOUR WEIGHT FOR IT IS THEN YOU
HAVE TO KEEP IT OFF BY YOURSELF...I HAVE FRIENDS THAT HAVE HAD WLS &
GAINED ALL THEIR EWEIGHT BACK & THEN SOME...I'M NOT TRYING TO BE
NEGATIVE BUT I GUESS IT WON'T BE THE EASIEST THING IN THE WORLD TO KEEP IT
OFF CONSIDERING HOW OBESE PEOPLE TEND TO PUT ON WEIGHT. YOU HAVE TO ADDRESS
THE ISSUES THAT MADE YOU PUT ON THE WEIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE...GOOD LUCK
