Question:
weight loss over time
I would like to know what the weight loss a post-op person(like myself)can expect in 1 month. I know everyone is different, but I would like to get a general idea to see if I'm right on track. Is there a chart anywhere out there i can go by? — maridon B. (posted on September 2, 2003)

I am new to this site, but just saw a place where you can go find out.
There is a place you figure out your BMI index and the percentage of BMI
you want to loose. There a chart will pop up based on your statistics.
Check in the area regarding your statistics regarding your insurance and DR
information, maybe it was there. Hope I helped you.
It is on this website.

You are approximately one week ahead of me. My surgery was May 13th of this
year and I've lost 79 lbs in less than 4 months. That's an average of 20
lbs per month, but I lost 33 lbs the very first month. My average has been
about 15-17 lbs per month since.
