Ultra Pure Protein makes some. I find them at GNC. 11 oz I believe and only
3 carbs. Cappucino, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and Banana Cream.

Isopure clear in bottles have 0 carbs and 40 grams of protein. These are
the only protein drinks I use. They are not shakes. They are more like
Koolaid.

I have to second the Pure Protein which you can get at a lot of places now.
The chocolate tastes exactly like Yoohoo and is very low in carbs and sugar
and very decent in the protein department.

Adkin's Advantage Shakes are 170 calories and 20 grams of protein, 1 gram
of sugar...12 oz cans, three flavors strawberry, vanilla, cafe au lait.
Very good if they're very cold. "Okay" if they're warm. Very
satisfying for several hours.

I don't know if this stuff is available in a can yet but if you think that
CARB SOLUTIONS tastes like pancake batter, you have to try NECTAR! Apple
Ecstasy is my fave. Tastes like an apple jolly rancher and it's not as
thick either.
