Victoria Bowen - a fellow AMOS member - has published a cookbook called
Victoria's Recipes for Gastric Bypass Patients. It's
available at her website at http://www.angelfire.com/ok3/vbowen/index.html
I have it and it's an excellent cookbook. I highly recommend it...JR

I think it depends on what you are looking for. See my profile page or
www.freewebs.com/recipes-after-rny for ordering information for a recipe
book with 115 recipes. Things like hot fudge pudding cake, soft peanut
butter cookies, soft oatmeal raisin cookies, cheese cake, peanut butter
fudge, chocolate fudge. All tried, true and tested IF you follow the
instructions....LOL. You can get a couple of sample recipes on the
website.....I HIGHLY recommend the peanut butter cookies if you don't over
bake them. I just experimented twice today and came up with a yummy
chocolate chip bar cookie that stays moist and chewy. GREAT! Good luck to
you!
