Question:
Seeking a draft referral letter for my PCP

My PCP has already said that he would write a letter of referral, but he doesn't know what to say as he's never done it (my doctor is young). Can anyone post an example so he can just alter it to fit me? I have my initial consult in July.    — alecsnana (posted on April 1, 2003)
