Question:
No scoop! How do I measure out Protein Powder
I have the Whey Protein Powder and it cause for 1 scope (23mg) of powder to 5 oz of water, for some reason I didn't get a scoop with it. Does anybody know what 23mg's equal to? — Tonisha P. (posted on March 26, 2003)

If you got what I got, I found the scoop about halfway through the 5 pound
jar!! Do a little digging, I bet it's there.
P.S. Once you do find it, I HIGHLY recommend using one scoop to about 12
oz milk or water, you will like it ALOT better! 1 scoop is about 2oz, or 2
medicine cups worth.

Yep, go diggin', the little guy is probably just *buried* in there. A tip:
Next time (if there IS a next time!), save your little scoop and put it
into the new protein powder can when you first open it. I usually find the
scoop that came with the new can when I've gotten about halfway through it
using the old scoop. :~P

I have accused the mfrs of "scoop hiding"! LOL! I use a meat fork
to dig them out. ROUGHLY, just under 1/2 cup powder of whey protein = 30g.
That's no matter the brand. Every mfr uses a different scoopER, but the
amount of powder is similar with everyone. I prefer mine with much LESS
water than the jugs recommend. I haven't got all day here. LOL! And I
prefer the concentrated flavor.
