Anyone had Fresno Valley Surgical Specialists...

How long did it take until they file for approval.. and do they call you and let you know they file, or do they just call when you get approved or denied? It's been almost 2 weeks, and as usual i'm getting the run around. The girl keeps telling me she's going to get my chart and call me back and never does. Any help would be appreciated.
