I can't say what they would do in SC but I have the BC State Health Plan in Michigan and not only did they accepted it, they encouraged it. Good luck!

I'm sorry. I guess I miss read your post. I didn't realize the doctor didn't want to accept it. If he doesn't then try a different hospital. There are others. Sorry again.
