Question:
I just heard some co workers talking about tea being full of carbs. Is this true?

Dunno about the carbs, but last week, my dietician told me that if you
drink too much tea, it can interfere with absorption of vitamins and
minerals (for instance, more than a cup a day or so would be too much,
according to her, regardless whether it's caffeinated or not). I hadn't
heard that one before, so I thought I'd pass it along in this thread. Has
anyone else heard that?

It's on the package of each tea I checked. Less than 1gm of carbs per tea
bag.

Regular unsweetened tea only has like 2 calories per cup so it can't have
much anything in it. Anything you add to it will add to the calories and
carbs, tho.
