Question:
My sister has BCBS HMO (IL) and is looking for a sensitve and caring PCP that won't
have any problems with writing a referral. Please can anyone in the Chicago area please email me with your PCP's name so that she can get the ball rolling. — Kimberly S. (posted on December 19, 2002)

My PCP is Dr. Scott Levin at the West Suburban Family Practice Center in
River Forest IL. He wasn't my PCP at the time of my surgery, though one of
his intern/residents was. He doesn't have a lot of experience working with
WLS patients, but I have been very happy with my care there, and the
approval process for BCBS/HMO IL with them was very easy for me. Feel free
to e-mail me.
