Question:
What kind of surgery has to be done to tighten the old turkey neck?
I'm 52 and my skin isn't very elastic. My neck is awful. How much will it cost to get it fixed once I'm at goal?? — Georgianne Faith W. (posted on December 5, 2002)

Go to www.spotlighthealth.com, click on morbid obesity, then support groups
and you find a support group that is for plastic surgery. Ask your
question there....

Just a couple of days ago there was a question about that. So you might
check out the library or go back through the last 300 questions to see if
you can find it. What I understand is this. If you don't need any other
work on your face you can just have a lower face lift done. If you have
any "stored" type fat in your face that hasn't gone away they'll
remove it then pull the skin tight to give you a smooth younger
face/chin/neck area. I've seen some pics of the surgery because of
worrying about the fat in my double chin that won't budge. They have some
awesome results with it. Good luck!
