You can have your local pharmacy order Casec protein powder for you. Or
you can order it from CVS.com. It's tasteless, can be added to food and you
can cook with it.

hiya! i use Jarrow's Iso Rich Soy Protein Powder. It is made to be cooked
with and/or frozen without losing its integrity. I live in a small town so
i order mine online at: www.vitamintrader.com. it's about $18 for a 2#
container. in 2tbls you get: 25g protein, 110 calories, 0 fat, 0 sugar, 0
carbs. you can check the recipes on my website for different ways to add it
to your meals.
