Question:
Does anyone know of any good exercises to tone and tighten the butt muscles?

Hi patty, here are a couple of exercises that might help you. lay on the
floor with your knees bent and feet flat, lowerback on floor, lift your
buttocks off the floor. just raise and lower, adding tention in the
muscles. also if you stand behind a chair, hold the back and lift your leg
straight behind as far as you can. do this about 10x, then the other leg,
increase reps every few days. simple, but affective...lol

Hey there. You will feel really silly doing this but I swear it works!
Get on all fours. Then kick one leg out behind you and up to the air as
far as you can. Do 10x's for each leg adn then repeat. You can also put
your forearms on the floor to get better stabilized as you do them. Good
luck!

SQUATS! Squats, squats and more squats! Stand w/feet shoulder width apart,
arms at your sides and SQUAT! (Make sure your butt sticks out). Bring your
arms up in front of you as you squat down. You can add hand weights later
on. I GUARANTEE squats work if you do them correctly.

Hi, Angie is RIGHT! Squats! I do them twice a day. Boy does it help your
butt AND your hamstrings! Infact when I first started I could barely walk!!
My butt was my biggest thing and holy moly is it ever shrinking!! I am 15
weeks out and 67 lbs lighter. I wish you the best!
