Question:
I've been approved for a TT
I started this journey 13mos. ago but i've only lost a small amount of weight(130lbs.)from 512lbs. i'm really ashamed of myself. I eat right most of the time it's just that this huge tummy keeps me from enjoying exercising although I do try to as much as possible. Do you think getting rid of this huge thing will allow me to enjoy exercise more? my surgeon thinks it weighs close to 40lbs. could this be? Could those of you who has had a TT share with me the weight of yours? and how was the pain and recovery versus your original surgery? Sorry so long but this has really been on my mind and the slow weight loss has left me feeling like a failure compared to others who were my size. Thanks in Advance!!! — Brigit B. A huge pannus definitely gets in the way of exercising. Have that thang cut
off and start moving. You can still lose weight and exercise will be your
best friend. <p> I do water aerobics 5 days a week. It feels
wonderful and puts no stress on your joints.
