i was wondering if there is any certain exercises or etc that will

i was just approved for surgery! WOOHOO date is july 22. i know everyone is differant, and i have seen some amazing pics of people before and after surgery. can someone please let me know what sort of exercise or etc that you may have done to avoid tummy tuck or etc and still look GREAT! thanks in advance!    — debbie S. HEHE! I have to agree with LUVY! I do my scrunches in the morning before I get out of bed, the floor hurts my tail and butt bones! I am at 147 now, but by the time I get to my goal of 135 I don't think I will need a TT, although I was VERY actively persuing one just a month or so ago. Good Luck!

Hiya...1st off..congrats on the surgery date!! hang in there, this is the most stressful time, (time to get nervous, scared etc)... I am 53 weeks out of surgery and have lost my goal weight (133lbs, i now weight 135lbs) but i woul like a tummy tuck tho my insurance is having probs so that will prolly not happen anytime soon take it one step at a time, hang in there, {{{{{hugs}}}} kate
