Question:
LAwsuit against HAP

Some one told me there was some kind of classaction suit against HAP. It was for subscribers sueing HAP for emotional pain and suffering caused by HAP's refusal to approve WLS until it's been forced to/ The appeals processes is a tremendous emotional roller coaster that usually ends in being denied unless you can afford to take legal action. I'm on my 2nd appeal and very depressed. If this lawsuits out there I'd like to join. My BMI is 54 and HAp so far has denied me saying cosmetic surgery is not a covered benefit!    — Amy G.
