Question:
I am 4 months post op. and I am loosing my hair.

You can't! It will stop on its own and grow back too. As long as you are following your surgeons/dietician/nutritionists orders to the letter, you are doing everything you can do to stay healthy. The hair loss will take care of itself. Try a short hairstyle where the hair isn't pulled down by its own weight. The thinning won't be as noticible then. Good luck!
