The number I always heard was 35.

Cheri sounds about right, I've always heard it was around 30. So if we think we're getting ahead by adding extra scoops of the protein mix to our liquids..........we are just flushing our money down the toilets. Pun intended :-)

You need to ask your surgeon. Every patient is different depending on how much intestine is bypassed. The 'classic' answer is 30g though, but it's best to check with your surgeon just in case.

The 30g rule applies to NORMIES. We only know we cannot get MORE than that. How much less depends on each person's OWN body, and that's pretty hard to read unless you did labs constantly to check the process.
