Does anyone have champva insurance?

I have champva insurance. They insist that they do not require a preauthorization. Guide line is 40+ BMI. They refuse to send an authorization letter to my Dr. office. Has anyone else had this problem or has anyone else had champva insurance?    — Linda T. (posted on May 2, 2002)
