Has anyone been approved with Horizon BCBS of New Jersey

I have BC/BS Horizon HMO. I had my surgery date before approval. I was approved in 4 days with no problems whatsoever. Good luck to you.

I have Horizon BC/BS of jersey and I was aproved within 2 weeks I didn't have to deal with the insurance at all. I think it depends on your surgeons office staff on how fast you will get your aproval. I have to say mines were great.
