Question:
Could the pull of my sagging panni be causing incontinence

I was incontinent before surgery, like if I coughed or sneezed I had a gush of urine. Since surgery and the 75 lbs lost, that problem has completely gone away. Very recently I have a new kind of incontinence. I seem to leak urine all day long. Like a pad is pretty much wet by the end of day. I am wondering if it could be due to the sagging panni. I see my regular doc, the plastic surgeon, and my Gyno doctor during spring break. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they had it fixed surgically or if the abdominoplasty helped.    — cindy Q. (posted on March 4, 2002)

I am curiuos about this also. Same thing has happened to me. I had it before surgery, lost weight, now I notice it again! With my back also, pain was much better, now it is coming back again, and I blamed it on the panni. I started with the chiropractor again.
