Question:
Anyone heard of Emer'gen-C vitamin drink mix?

I buy it in little packets from Whole Foods and have been taking it pre-op for quite some time. It dissovles in water to make a fizzy, slightly lemon drink with LOTS of vitamins in it. The lite formulas have no sugars at all. I was planning on using this in my water post-op after letting the mix go flat. I used to drink them before surgery also. I loved the energy kick I would get. I haven't been brave enough to try them since my surgery in November. Lots of things tend to make me nauseous, so I've been very careful.
