Question:
Where can I buy Isopure, or something like it?
I have called just about every GNC in my area (Fort Worth, Texa) and they all say they stopped carrying it because it's too expensive. I have tried Extreme pure pro and it was not bad, but when I shook it, a lot of it turned to foam. Am I mixing it wrong? I'm only 2 weeks post-op and I'm already sick of trying to find something I can stomach. Any ideas? — Tracy S. (posted on February 7, 2002)

I use to buy mine over the internet on www.neutrition.com . I no longer buy
the powdered isopure as I found isopure premixed in bottles. It's alittle
more costly but well worth it. After drinking so much chocolate, vanilla,
etc. I found this and it comes in 5 different flavors. It's clear, comes in
20 oz. bottles and it tastes like kool-aide. Best protein I've found so
far. Check it out on www.isopureoutlet.com. It's called Isopure Zero Carb.
Good Luck.

You can also purchase it at GNC stores. It costs approx. $ 3.50 a bottle,
but the taste and protein intake ( 40 grams per 20 oz. bottle) is well
worth it. If you buy it by the case of 12 and get the gold card which
allows you to get 20% off your purchase the first seven days of the month
the savings will be equiv. to purchasing it from the internet. You might
find that you actually save a few bucks in the process by not having to pay
for shipping. Good Luck.

I just tried the Isopure for the first time and it's just OK. I tried it
straight and then I cut it with water. (I tried the grape)I still go back
to the grape extreme pure pro from Vitalady. I mix it in cold water, add
one packet of equal and just stir. No shaking is needed. Stir with a spoon,
if you use a blender or wand mixer it just gets foamy. The isopure is just
too expensive for me. Also extreme pure pro is not thick or chocolatey. It
just seems to be the answer for me. Believe me I have tried many many
protein drinks.
